Cleaning Instructions
How should I wash the mattress cover?
To keep the cover in great shape:
- Zip it closed before washing
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water
- Hang dry only — no dryer, please!
How do I clean the wooden platform?
Simply wipe down the wooden boards using a gentle all-purpose cleaning spray.
We recommend one that’s pet-safe and eco-friendly to keep your space healthy for both pets and humans.
Can I purchase a replacement cover?
Yes! We’re also working on new cover designs so you can switch things up with the seasons (or your mood). Stay tuned — or join our email list to be the first to know when they launch.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item:
- Has not been used.
- Is in the condition it was received.
- Includes all parts and the original product packaging
- Is repackaged in its original or an equivalent shipping box.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, it typically takes 5-7 business days to inspect and process the return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after processing.
